CAPA Corporate produced two 360° films for Engie
On the occasion of the 21st UN Climate Conference held in Paris from 30 November to 11 December 2015, Engie wished to highlight its commitment to Energy Transition by way of an innovative installation.
To this end, CAPA Corporate proposed the making of two 360° total immersion movies, to take the viewer to the very heart of two local renewable energy production sites: a hydroelectric dam and a solar energy farm. These films are currently viewable in VR (Virtual Reality) thanks to the viewing system currently in place on the Engie COP21 stand at the Grand Palais.
The film above presents the Bious-Artigues dam, in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques region of France. The Ossau Valley powerplants produce 587,800,000 million Kwh yearly, equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of the city of Bordeaux.
