Julien LUTT

Born in 1980 in Mulhouse, Julien Lutt lives in Paris.

Hailing from the third generation of a family of photographers who gave him the keys to the language of images at a very young age, it was only natural that Julien should turn to photography. Having mastered the discipline at Université Paris 8 in 2005, he set out to become a freelance photographer. He rapidly collaborated with the 1827 agency, and then in 2006 he joined the StoryBox agency.

His speciality is the telling of the “big story” while highlighting the minor tales that go to make it up. Thus, he knows how to linger on what he considers to be the essence of the genuine picture: human relationships. His photographs, which are to be found in the press, humorously underline the traits of our society, its moral codes and its cultures. He satisfies his thirst for natural and spontaneous images both in the practice of reportage and portraiture.

He has already placed his know-how at the disposal of clients like L’Oréal, Europe 1, RTL, Canal + and the M6 Group.
