Christel SASSO

Christel Sasso, a graduate of the École nationale supérieure des Arts Décoratifs de Paris (ENSAD), did her first reportages in Armenia on the theme of memory and the influence of origins in the creative process.

In parallel, she undertook a major project on urban renewal commissioned by the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations. This works was shown at the Rencontres d’Arles and was published in book form by Éditions de l’imprimeur. After her debut in the press, she began a long collaboration with institutional and industrial groups. From a documentary photography background, for the past few years she has been exploring a more dreamlike universe inspired by her travels.
