Cyril ABAD

Cyril Abad lives and works in Paris. A professional photographer, he works for the press, for fashion and in corporate. His first reportage took him to the shanty-towns of Cairo.

Since then, he has notably collaborated with National Geographic France:
– A piece on the condition of women in Laos in 2011, from where he brought back another reportage: “650 métres, sur le fil du Mékong”.
– A story on Shamanism and its contribution to science in 2012 brought him, in the company of his journalist friend Emmanuel Raoul, to the heart to the Amazonian forest to meet its healers.

In March 2013, the piece made the cover of National Geographic France.

In parallel he has worked for the Eunuméris agency who entrusted him with its fashion work (look-books, editorials, pack shots…) for leading brands. He regularly carries out missions for the communications departments of leading companies. His skill set is very broad: conventions and meetings, portraits, reportages in France and abroad, industrial photography, underwater shots…

His entire work is characterized by a personal approach to lighting and composition that makes for a deeply humanistic photographic style.

His clients include: NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC FRANCE, BOUYGUES SA, COLAS, ALSTOM, ROLEX, MALONGO, SONIA RYKIEL, LE BON MARCHE, FRANCK & FILS, ISABEL MARANT, MERCI, MANOUSH, COMPTOIR DES COTONNIERS, MARC JACOBS, KENZO, MAJE, CLAUDIE PIERLOT, NINA RICCI, BALTHAZAR, GIVENCHY, PAUL SMITH, GAT RIMON, …
